Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates are free and there's no obligation attached. We come out, walk the project with you, and put the scope, price and timeline in writing before anything is scheduled.
How soon can you come out?
It depends on the week and where you are, but we'll tell you honestly when we get in touch rather than leaving you guessing. If something is actively causing damage, say so and we'll treat it that way.
Is my job too small?
No. We handle everything from a single stretch of rotten trim to full basement build-outs, additions and commercial renovations. Small jobs done well are how most of our bigger ones started.
What should I have ready?
Nothing formal. Photos help, and a rough budget range helps more, but plenty of projects begin with nothing but a walk through the room and a conversation about what you want out of it.
What areas do you cover?
Holly Springs, Canton, Woodstock, Ball Ground, Acworth, Marietta, Kennesaw, Roswell, Alpharetta and the wider Cherokee County and North Georgia area. If you're just outside that, ask anyway.
Who actually turns up?
Alfred Tudela, the owner, or one of the crew who'll be doing the work — not a salesperson who hands you off afterwards. Eighteen-plus years on the tools between the walkthrough and the quote.
